Who are we looking for?

At IdeaGen, it's not just skills we are looking for. We want people who can make a difference. People who can fit in with our culture and who take pride in doing a job well; who can deal with customers and suppliers; who can work on their own initiative.


Skills we may be looking for

Although not an exhaustive list, we are generally looking for specific skills. In Development: Delphi and Web Programmers; Flash / JAVA / ASP and ASP.NET / Database Programmers - specifically MS SQL Server and Borland Interbase.

In Technical Support: General technical background is ideal. Formal qualifications not required but MCP and MCSE an advantage. Driving licence essential. Knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems and Applications advantageous.

Sales: Presentable people with good interpersonal skills - ie you can get on well with people. We sell quality software solutions to some of the world's biggest and best known companies so you will need to know how to present to board level and below. Run seminars and generate sales leads if necessary. Ability to understand software and be able to present at a technical level very advantageous.

Elsewhere: Telesales / Marketing and Graphics skills. All staff to be self-motivated and have ability to learn on the job.
